By participating in the Clark State Community College Job Bank System, you consent to the storage of your resume and profile information on servers owned and operated by the NACElink Network (National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). By uploading your resume/portfolio to the Clark State Community College Job Bank System and granting permission for potential employers to view your data (if marked on your privacy settings) you are, in fact, granting permission for employers in the data base to view your resume and or portfolio.
To participate in the Clark State Community College Job Bank System you agree to the following terms of usage.
- Maintain current and accurate information on your resume, profile, and cover letter.
- Use the Clark State Community College Job Bank System following the Responsible Use of Technology Policy as explained in the Clark State Community College Student Handbook.
The Career Management staff of Clark State Community College will utilize their professional judgment in granting permission for qualified employers and selected third party employment companies to post job/internships on the Job Bank System. Employment vacancies reported directly to Clark State Community College are reviewed, whenever possible, for completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness for Clark State candidates. Vacancies must also meet standards for minimum wage requirements. However, candidates are urged to thoroughly review job postings and use caution and common sense when applying. Do not disclose social security numbers, credit card information, or bank account numbers to prospective employers.

1. Commission-Only Employment and Entrepreneurial Opportunities.
Employers and individuals offering employment/entrepreneurial opportunities must pay a base salary equal to or greater than the federal minimum wage and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
2. Upfront Product Purchase.
Employers and individuals offering employment/entrepreneurial opportunities with compensation packages requiring commission only or requiring prospective employees to purchase products, training, or services upfront are not permitted to recruit on campus or attend job fairs.
3. "Pyramid" or "Multi-Level" Employers.
Employers/individuals offering employment/entrepreneurial opportunities based on a "pyramid" or "multi-level" type networking structure requiring or encouraging the recruitment of others who recruit others and so on to sell products and services will not be permitted to recruit on campus or attend job fairs.
Confidentiality
Clark State Community College and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all data stored in the Clark State Community College Job Bank System. We will not sell, transmit, or disclose any information to outside agencies. The system will be used as a tool for students/alumni to seek employment or internships.
